Host your special occasion in a comfortable, well-equipped space perfect for up to 90 guests. Our venue offers flexible rental options and attentive service to make your event memorable.
Rental Package Includes
- 4-hour rental period
- Bartender service included
- Clean-up fee covered
- Early access to decorate the day or evening before (with some exceptions)
Venue Capacity
- Accommodates up to 90 guests comfortably
Decorating Guidelines
- Balloon decorations and ceiling hangings must be set up on the event day only
- No tape allowed on walls
- Open-flame candles are prohibited
Beverage Service Options
Beer, Wine & Champagne
- Available by request (kegs or bottles/cans)
- Keg fee: $30 non-refundable, must be paid in advance
- Leftover keg beer remains at the Post
- Bottles/cans paid as you go at Member pricing (approx. $3 per bottle)
Mixers & Soft Drinks
- Must be purchased from the Post
- Options include Coke or Pepsi products and juices
- Mixers priced at Member pricing (approx. $2 per pour)
Liquor Policy
- Liquor not sold on-site
- You may bring your own liquor to be kept behind the bar
- Example: Provide your own rum, we supply the mixer ($2 per drink)
Bar Options
- Open bar with a limit or guests pays their own tabs
Catering Information
Outside Catering
- Caterer must provide Certified Food Handler’s license
- No use of Post kitchen
- Caterer supplies all serving equipment (chafing dishes, sternos, utensils, plates, cutlery)
- Ice and refrigeration available upon request
In-House Catering
- Available through the Post with separate quote
