Few words about us

The American Legion is the nation's largest veterans' organization and is proud to represent over three million men and women who have served in this country's armed forces during time of conflict. Those of us who live and work in the National Capitol Region are proud to present this Home Page so that you can get to know us better, and can link to other pages devoted to programs and people associated with The American Legion.

Modules in header

In header you can use 4-columns layout with positions:

  • header1
  • header2
  • header3
  • header4

If you want to use an image in that positions we recommend to use mod_custom module with suffix clear.

Additionaly for mod_custom module we've prepared special classes for h4, p and a.readon elements: if you add class header_art to these elements then you'll get layout similar to article intro used in Image Show module.
